Ich war müde nach der langen Autofahrt und wollte nur noch schlafen. Zum Glück führte diese Fahrt mit dem Aufzug ins Zimmer, wo ich endlich schlafen konnte.

I was tired after the long car ride, and just wanted to rest. Luckily this ride with the elevator led to our room for the night in which I could sleep at last.
